We curate sport-specific yoga postures and sequences that supplement an athlete's current practice while increasing mental awareness, body awareness, range of motion, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular strength in complete full-body 60 or 90 minute class.
We offer group meditation classes for sports teams and communities to turn inward together to visualize goals and hone in on strengths as individuals, and strengths as a community.

Our instructors and coaches come from an athletic background, and are seen as teachers and role models that provide our student, professional, and retired athletes with the tools they need on and off the field and into life.
