We combine yoga, meditation, and skills needed for athletes to succeed on and off the field and into life.

At YogiAthlete, we curate sport-specific yoga sequences to enhance performance. Benefits include muscle recovery, injury prevention, balance, increase in awareness, improved digestive system, stronger immune system, elevated moods, and an increase in vitality. A perfect pre-season body opener. 60-90 minutes.

Post-Season Yoga and Stretch Conditoning

By Appointment

We combine yoga, meditation, and skills needed for athletes to succeed on and off the field and into life.

A series of sport-specific yoga postures or asanas held for longer periods of time and curated to actively tap into your deep muscle tissue, working the body from the inside out. Whether you are recovering from an injury, seeking injury prevention, or in need of deep relaxation - this is the perfect post-season cool down. 60-90 minutes.
