We combine yoga, meditation, and skills needed for young athletes to succeed on and off the field and into the classroom.

A series of 26 postures and 2 breathing techniques. A moving meditation to still the mind and increase strength, endurance and flexibility. Benefits include muscle recovery, injury prevention, balance, increase in awareness, improved digestive system, stronger immune system, elevated moods, and an increase in vitality. A perfect pre-practice body opener. 60-90 minutes.

Post-Practice Yin Yoga for Athletes and the Athletic Youth

A series of sport-specific yoga postures or asanas held for longer periods of time and curated to actively tap into your deep muscle tissue, working the body from the inside out. Whether you are recovering from an injury, seeking injury prevention, or in need of deep relaxation - Yin Yoga is the perfect post-practice cool down. 60-90 minutes.
